Documenting Your Review

The following documents can be used to document your school review:

  1. Pre-Review Reflection: completed prior to Review Day. It is distributed to all members of the Review Team.
  2. Final-Write Up
  3. Implementation Plan (for 3-5 goals)
  4. Review Reflection

1. Pre-Review Reflection

The Pre-Review Reflection is completed by the School Review Lead or designee(s) in the weeks before a review, in order to reflect on the implementation of the school plan. ...more
